Our Story

Built on Real Estate Expertise

Gem Stays was founded by Arizona real estate professionals who have spent more than a decade helping owners buy and manage investment homes. Each home in our Tucson portfolio is professionally designed and managed, which has earned us a 4.9-star average rating and Superhost status on Airbnb.

For owners, we pair real estate market expertise with advanced pricing technology to keep every home visible and booked. We take care of everything from acquisition to guest communication, so owners can stay hands-off while their property works for them.
